The best business leaders never stop learning.  Always have a hunger for knowledge and learning.  Always look to improve yourself.  You may have heard that great business leaders like, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates are college drop outs.  In fact, many successful business leaders are college drop outs.  That doesn’t mean that weren’t students.  They continued to study and learn throughout their lives.  Now as the holidays approach you’re likely to find yourself with some time off.  Take his time to dive into a good book and expand your knowledge. Here is a list of some of our favorite books and why we love them.

Shameless plug here!  This is a phenomenal book for long time leaders or brand new leaders.  It will walk you through our Success System management system.  This is a management system that we’ve used when we managed Billions of dollars in sales and revenue.  The system helped focus on the right outcomes and drive performance to the next level.  We’ve also taught and helped countless others implement the Success System within their own teams.  Whenever a team or took the system to heart and executed it, they saw near immediate results.
